This policy explains how IdentEco Marketing & Communications ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us. We are based in Cyprus and the site is run by our founder, Lusine Mirzoyan.
What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum.
- Information you send us. If you email us, phone us, or use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address and message. The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email program with a message addressed to us, and nothing is sent until you send it.
- Meeting bookings. If you book a free meeting, you do so on the Calendly website. Calendly collects the details you enter there and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. We use this only to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are hosted with the site itself, so your visit is not shared with other companies for those.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and hold meetings, and to provide our marketing and communications services if you become a client. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decisions.
Legal basis
We process your information to respond to your request and take steps you ask for before entering into a service, and for our legitimate interest in running our business and keeping this website secure.
Sharing your information
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
- service providers that help us run our business, such as our email provider (Google), our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and Calendly for bookings;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
Some of these providers may process information in data centres outside Cyprus and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it is covered by the safeguards those providers put in place.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, including Calendly, LinkedIn and NatureallyDone. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
How long we keep information
We keep emails and meeting details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or work with you, and for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct, update or delete it. You can also ask us to restrict or stop using it, and to give it to you in a portable form. To use any of these rights, email us at the address below.
You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change how the website works. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
